Since 2004, we have been working with amazing suppliers from across Queensland and Northern New South Wales to bring high-quality produce to our customers. We’ve put together an overview of what we can offer, but that’s just the beginning; if you want something you don’t see below, let us know.
Our key products
poultry and rabbit
Our poultry products have been sourced from farms located on the northern end of the Hunter Valley in New South Wales.
Duck: We are the only business supplying fresh duck products in Brisbane, and we know fresh products make all the difference.
Chicken: The chicken products are true cornfed products - no colouring or preservatives are used to give the meat its yellow colour.
Smaller birds: We offer a wide range of fresh quail and spatchcock in a variety of sizes and cuts.
Rabbit: Our rabbits are farmed and grainfed. They are better known as New England Rabbits.
Beef and Wagyu Beef
Our beef products include Wagyu from Cobram and a range of grassfed Tasmanian beef.
All these products are hormone, chemical and antibiotic free and come in a variety of cuts.
And if you're after something a little bit different, have a look at our air-dried Wagyu.
Lamb, veal, pork
Lamb: Our lamb is sourced from the Adelaide Hills and selected by us for the ultimate eating experience; we want to make sure that you you're eating the best that money can buy.
Our lamb comes in a variety of cuts and weights, i.e. racks, rumps, tenderloins, backstraps, legs, shoulders. Perfect for any dish.
Veal: Our milk and grain fed veal has been selected for its quality and light pink colour to get a close as possible to European veal products.
Like all our products, we can provide veal in variety of cuts (including racks) and weights to your needs.
Pork: Whatever cut or style of pork you require, we have it. From whole suckling pigs to bacon and ham, we've got some of the best pork products in town, including the much sought after Kurobuta pork.
All our pork products are from female animals to ensure the best tasting and ordourless meat. These products are selected from farmers out of the Darling Downs.

Whether you're looking for a one-off dinner party talking point or a regular menu item, we've got you covered. All the game products are locally sourced and have been prepared following all wild game processing regulations.
Air-dried Wagyu - Exclusive to FWC
This exquisite Wagyu has been bred and reared in Australia. It is cured in salt and spices for 3 weeks and then air-dried for three months in a specially designed room at 4C. During the drying process the meat is carefully pressed every 2 weeks to achieve the fantastic final product. Air-dried Wagyu is an excellent product for use on charcuterie platters or on its own instead of prosciutto.
Foie Gras
Our fantastic foie gras is sourced from Strasbourg and is available as 200g, 500g and whole lobe random weight.
