After 25 years in the kitchen, Daniel decided he wanted to contribute to the industry in a different way - making sure restaurants have access to the best produce.
We supply restaurants, cafes, and catering businesses in the Brisbane area with the finest gourmet, organic and specialist meat, poultry, and game products.
We source from producers that adhere only to the highest standards in animal husbandry and organic production techniques.

All the products we sell are chemical, antibiotic and hormone-free (CAH free), and we are sure that once your customers taste our fine produce they will keep returning.
Not only do we deliver daily to restaurants around Brisbane, you can find us selling our products to the public at the Rocklea Markets every Saturday morning.

For Montrachet, Daniel sources a wide range of produce from whole carcass of wild venison, milk fed lamb, free range chicken and ducks, and tailormade sausages using our own recipe. The most recent being a veal sweet bread and pork belly sausage, which helps to make our kitchen more unique and exclusive.”

We work with suppliers from all over Queensland and Northern New South Wales. This ensures we can properly vet each one to make sure our customers are only getting good quality products.
